Thank you for choosing PresenceDoc, the comprehensive solution designed to enhance your document management experience through seamless integration with Google Workspace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PresenceDoc ("App"), a service provided by PresenceSoft ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

1. Access and Use

  • 1.1 Google Workspace Integration: Use your existing Google Workspace account to log in to our App, simplifying your experience by eliminating the need for separate account credentials.
  • 1.2 Enhanced Document Management: Our App adds valuable metadata to your documents stored in Google Drive, boosting your efficiency and document accessibility.
  • 1.3 Streamlined User Experience: Access the content within Google Drive to which you are already authorized, without us storing any of your documents directly.
  • 1.4 Interaction with Users: Communicate with others via Google Chat and our in-app chat feature. You are responsible for your conduct and the content you share and must comply with all applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

  • 2.1 User Content Ownership: You retain all rights to your content processed through our App. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to handle your content solely to enhance app functionality.
  • 2.2 Company Rights: The App, including all underlying technology and intellectual property (such as trademarks and patents), is the property of PresenceSoft. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the App under these Terms.

3. Privacy and Data Use

  • 3.1 Information Collection: We collect and use information related to your app usage and document metadata to improve your experience. Details on the specific data collected and its use are available in our Privacy Policy.
  • 3.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Manage your privacy settings through your Google Workspace account.

4. Legal Disclaimers and Liability

  • 4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • 4.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for issues arising from your use of the App is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

5. Term and Termination

  • 5.1 Duration of Terms: These Terms are effective until terminated by you or the Company.
  • 5.2 User Termination: You can terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the App.
  • 5.3 Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access for any reason, with notice, and to modify or discontinue the App.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris.
